7 Spirits before the Throne

Updated: Feb 13, 2019

Revelation 1:4

"John to the seven churches (members on earth/saints in heaven) in Asia: grace to you, and peace from Him which is and which was and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before His Throne."

I got curious about the seven Spirits before the Throne and found this.

The seven Spirits are the vital principles of God; His mental attitudes, His attributes that are Him that come from His Throne, His seat of Power. This coincides with Isaiah 11:1,2. "And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of His roots" He is the Vine and we are the branches.

John 15:5 declares: "I am the Vine (life, consciousness) and ye are the branches (expression of that life and consciousness. He that abides (remains and stays in a given place of relation or expectancy) in Me and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing." But with Him, we can do all things because He gives us the strength for whatever is required.

Paul also stated: "Let this Mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus." Philippians 2:5.

Isaiah 11:2 "And the Spirit (attributes) of the Lord shall rest upon Him; the Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, the Spirit of Counsel and Might, the Spirit of Knowledge and Fear of the Lord." (which come forth from the 'Spirit' of Righteousness; verse 4).

Bless His Holy Name
